Three immigrants from different countries face the Portuguese language upon arriving in Brazil. Between barriers and triumphs, their stories reveal the search for belonging and voice in a country that, while welcoming, also challenges their identities. A collective work, the documentary presents the life accounts of immigrant people in the city — their arrival, their movements, their belonging to the place.
