The Chica Pelega Film Festival invites venues across the state — and beyond — to become Screening Venues: partners who host free in-person screenings with films from the archive of past editions. The goal is to widen access to cinema and create collective experiences, with gatherings, debates and reflection.
Which films can I screen? Any film shown in previous editions.
Browse the catalogue and choose what fits your audience:
Film clubs, associations, cultural institutes, schools, universities, NGOs, libraries, museums and other venues with cultural activities open to the public can take part. You need a projector, a sound system and internet access.
You fill in the “I want to screen” form with your venue’s details.
You choose which films to screen from the archive. If you need help, we assist by e-mail or WhatsApp.
We invite each film’s producers and directors to authorize it. The screening is only confirmed once this authorization is granted.
We send the file and materials; you confirm your commitment: screen only at the agreed sessions and include the festival logo as a supporter.
We publish your venue’s programme (with a host and debate, if any) and you get a link to share on your social media.
You send photos and the number of attendees; we share the report with the production team and the film’s director.
