Harry Bracho nasceu em Caracas, Venezuela. Trabalhou na área de produção e como assistente de direção em diversos projetos na Venezuela. Cursou mestrado em Cinema na London Film School e em Teoria, Estética e Memória do Cinema na Universidade Paris 8. Escreveu e dirigiu vários curtas e documentários, além de trabalhar em diferentes projetos cinematográficos.
